OUR COMPANY
The business idea was born around the end of the Eighties. In the Nineties the company changed and specialized also in producing small quantities with a great added value.
On average, we produce 1,000 prototypes, 1,500 sample book clothes, 20,000 units every year.
Our team is composed of 25 employees – cutters, dressmakers, ironers, finishing specialists, administrators, and pattern makers.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Our ideal customer needs our experience and expertise to make the best out of their fashion project.
We are currently dealing with 7 brands.
We produce both men’s and women’s lightweight apparel.
OUR COMPANY AND OUR OUTCOMES
Our production and office areas take up around 1,500 square metres.
We have:
- 1 automatic spreading machine
- 3 bandsaws
- 4 manual cutters
- around 35 machines: single needle machines, overlock sewing machines and other special machines
- 5 irons
- a sliding structure for the movement and management of the hanging semifinished and finished garments.
We produce around 500 garments per week.
